We hired Bison Exteriors for roof and window wrapping repair due to this past summer's hail storm damage. Tom Menke, the owner, is one of the friendliest and most straightforward business persons we've dealt with since buying our home in 1998. He was patient with our many questions (this was our first home repair due to hail damage) and helped us navigate the process of insurance paperwork, etc. He responded very quickly to either emails, texts, or phone calls. The job was done in two parts: the roof repair was done on the first visit, and the second part was re-wrapping the exterior window trim. The second part had to wait until we had new windows installed. In each case, the crew from Bison Exteriors were professional and hard working. Their work was excellent, especially the window wrapping. Given that both the roof and window wrapping were done in the middle of winter, and done so well, is a testament to their professionalism and commitment to providing quality work. I would recommend Bison Exteriors for roof or other exterior house repair work. Tom and his crew did a great job for us and we are 100% satisfied with the results.
Bison Exteriors have completed 2 projects on our 110 yr old house. The first was a complicated removal and replacement of all the house's windows. The new windows are energy efficient and very attractive - a vast improvement. The crew's work was quick, fully matched our pre-construction agreement and met all of our expectations. Their second project here was completed later and involved removal of all timber shakes on the exterior of the house's second floor. Again, the new product was installed carefully with an eye to appearance and quality. In both projects, Bison provided us with the information, guidance and work that we needed to maintain the beauty and durability of our home.
